Administrative Jobs 

1. Executive Officer

•  At least a Diploma qualification
• Min 2 years of working experience
• Well organized. Strong project management skills & experience working across groups
• Action oriented & initiative
• Great interpersonal skills with "team player" attitude
• Knowledge in the educational industry will be an advantage
• Fluent English & Mandarin, oral and written is critical due to extensive liasion required with both internal and external parties

2. Manager

• Planning, Developing & Implementing marketing strategies, activities of the various Institute’s educational initiatives

• Development, Management and Execution of detailed project plans

• Assist the Directors in giving input and support in terms of strategic directions such as positioning and marketing for current & new initiatives

• Plan & develop a series of marketing promotions and events

• Required to established good relationships & collaborate closely with various universities within China

Who we are looking for:

• A recognized degree (preferably in Marketing) & above qualifications
• Min 3 years of marketing experience
• Well organized. Strong project management skills and experience working across groups
• Action oriented. Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
• Creative, Enthusiasm and self motivation
• Ability to operate with little direct supervision
• Strategic thinking
• Great interpersonal skills with “team player” attitude
• Knowledge in the educational industry will be an advantage
• Fluent English & Mandarin, oral and written is critical due to the extensive liaison required with both internal and external parties.
